Ms. Grafstein spent several years working for stockbrokers in London, England, conducting technology due diligence and writing placing documents. Prior to founding BetaWatch, Ms. Grafstein ran the beta program at Secure Computing Corp.

In particular Dr. Kapulkin is a highly skilled database-designer and an expert in database- -backed applications. Dr. Kapulkin began evaluating and testing corporate information assets according to BetaWatch's ISO and COSO-based digital due diligence™ risk analysis benchmarking tool in 2003.  Dr. Kapulkin's expertise in re-engineering technology processes covers data and software application assets, platform assets, network assets and security infrastucture assets.

Mr. Lahodynskyj's expertise in technology processes includes: Purchasing; Inventory Management; Technology Management; as well as Marketing & Sales. His expertise in business processes includes re-engineering Logistics, and Business Continuity Management.

Her core competency is documenting business process, writing compliance blueprints, and evaluating and testing according to BetaWatch's ISO and COSO-based digital due diligence™ risk benchmarking tool. She has created reference guides for wireless networking and popular software applications, white papers, and Ontario provincial government technical fact sheets. She also spent several years as managing editor of a Toronto magazine.
